Register Your Attendees



No exhibitor badges are included with your booth purchase.  All persons who need to enter the exhibit hall on Thursday or Friday, February 11 & 12, will need to purchase an attendee badge at the prevailing price.  Instructions to purchase these badges are below.

Any company representative can enter the hall to set up the booth with a Setup Only badge on Tuesday and Wednesday, February 9 & 10.  For more information on this and other exhibit hall access policies, see the Exhibit Setup section.

Instructions
Registration will be available soon.  You will be able to register all of your employees with one payment or come back and register others at any time.  NEW this year: you can register your employees online even if you are paying by check!

You will have the opportunitiy at that this time to register attendees for optional paid events (E&P Forum and Prospect Preview or Industry Luncheon), or you will be able to log in and add them at a later date, dependent on availability.

Attendee badges cost $225 each through December 18, and then $295 through January 29.  After that date, anyone who is not registered will need to register onsite and the cost will be $325.
