- Submit your booth design to Show Management for approval if you hvae any questions about the design meeting Booth Display Guidelines.
- Reserve hotel rooms for your attendees.
July 10:
- Register your team for attendee badges at the early price of $225 (everyone entering the expo must purchase an exhibits attendee badge).
July 14:
- Submit your prospects for inclusion in the Show Guide (Prospects/Property Exhibitors Only).
- Submit your company description for inclusion in the Show Guide (Vendors/Service Providers Only).
- Submit your Advertising Contract, materials and payment.
August 2:
- Order optional booth services (for discounted pricing).
August 4:
- Register your team for exhibit attendee badges at the advance rate of $295 (last day to pre-register, registration is $325 onsite).
- Transfer attendee registrations at the advance rate of $70 (transfers are $100 onsite).
- Cancel attendee registrations for a partial refund.
August 13:
- Fax EAC proof of insurance to (972) 993-9191 if using a contractor other than Freeman.
