How do I register for an exhibit booth?
For Winter NAPE, click the Exhibit at NAPE button at the top of this page to download a registration form and send it in with payment. Please allow 2-3 days for processing of your registration. You will receive a confirmation email and receipt once your registration has been processed and will be notified by email of your booth assignment.

What is the cost for a booth?
Prospect, Property, and Capital Market booths for the Summer 2011 NAPE Expo are $450 through Dec 15, 2011 and $625 starting Dec 16. Vendor and Service Provider booths are $5,325. Visit the Exhibit at NAPE section of the web site for additional details.

What qualifies me as a Vendor / Service Provider booth?
This booth category is for those companies who provide services or products of any kind to the oil and gas industry, including land or geological consultants, but who are not showing prospects or properties and are not capital market providers.

What do I receive with the cost of a booth?
Each booth will be provided with pipe and drape, a wastebasket and a one-line identification sign. No individual registrations come with the booth. All other arrangements are the responsibility of the exhibitor.

Is there a deadline to register for a booth?
There is not a deadline to register for a booth, however, to be listed in the Show Guide Exhibitor Listing, you must register by Jan 13 to meet our printing deadline.

I have not received my packet from Freeman. Who should I contact?
Freeman will begin contacting exhibitors in 2012. If you haven’t received your information, you may contact Freeman at (713) 433-2400 and ask for Exhibitor Services.

Can I request a specific booth location?
At this late date booths are being assigned the next available location in the order in which they are received. We are no longer able to consider specific requests. Sponsorship opportunites are available for premium booth placement.

How will I know my assigned booth number and location?
Your booth number will be included in your Exhibitor Packet. The first round of exhibitor packets will be mailed in late November. If you register to exhibit after November, you can expect to receive your information within a week of registering.

I have not received my Exhibitor Packet and other materials from NAPE. Who should I contact?

How will I get on the floor early Thursday and Friday to finish setup and man my booth?
When registering for your attendee badge, choose "yes" when asked if your company has a booth at NAPE. Your attendee badge will then indicate that you can enter the floor at 7am Thursday and Friday to setup. If you do not indicate that your company has a booth you will be allowed entrance when the doors open at 8am.
I would like to list my prospects/properties in the Show Guide. How do I do this?

We have some people who are going to help set up our booth. Will they be allowed on the show floor?
Yes, but only on Tuesday, February 21 and Wednesday, February 22. At the entrance to the exhibit hall they will be given a TEMPORARY pass that will allow them onto the floor for Tuesday and Wednesday ONLY. You can find details about exhibit hall access in the online Exhibitor Packet.

How do I receive a refund on my exhibitor registration?

and include your company name. Payments made with a check will be refunded by check and payments made by credit card will be refunded to the original credit card. Please allow 2-3 weeks for processing of your refund.

If I purchase a booth, can I distribute literature through the show area?
No. No literature distribution or product marketing of any kind will be allowed outside of purchased booth space. Violators will be removed from the show and will forfeit their badge. This policy will be strictly enforced.
