Booth Space Details
Each 10'x10' booth will be set with 8’ high black back drape, 3’ high side dividers, one wastebasket and a 7” x 44” one-line identification sign. BY ORDER OF THE FIRE MARSHALL, NOTHING MAY BE ATTACHED TO THIS DRAPE. You may use sign hooks and attach the hooks to the steel pipe.
The exhibit area is NOT carpeted; however, the aisles will be carpeted in red. All other orders are the responsibility of the exhibitor.

All exhibits must be fully installed by 7pm Wednesday, August 17. Setup Only badges will be available upon presentation of ID for any company representative on Tuesday and Wednesday at the check-in tables at the front and rear entrances to Hall C. |

Only registered attendees will be allowed access to the exhibit hall during Expo hours. Both the front and rear entrances at Exhibit Hall C will be open for exhibitors with an attendee badge. |

Early Entrance for Exhibitors
Registered NAPE attendees who indicate during the registration process that they are with an exhibiting company will be able to access the show floor beginning at 7am on Thursday and Friday without an additional pass. During the attendee registration process, choose the "My company has a booth at NAPE" item for each registrant. The name badges for those attendees will then indicate that they are able to enter the show floor early. Attendees who do not choose that item will be allowed access to the show floor when the doors open at 8am.
Exhibitor Appointed Contractors (EACs) may access the exhibit hall on Thursday and Friday 7am-8am for any last-minute setup needs after completely filling out an onsite attendee registration form at the Customer Service Counter. EACs who exit the exhibit hall and return their badges to Customer Service by 8:30am the same day will be returned their registration form and will not be charged for the registration. EACs who remain in the exhibit hall or who do not return their badges by 8:30am will be charged for an exhibits attendee registration.

Some contractors offer discounted pricing if you place your order before a certain date so please note any discount pricing deadlines.

Materials Handling & Freight
- Dreyage charges may apply. Please contact Freeman for details.
- Freight moved into the facility after 4:30pm on Tuesday, August 16 or Wednesday, August 17 will be subject to overtime rates.
- Freeman will begin returning empty containers as soon as the aisle carpeting is removed from the exhibit floor. The entire process will take approximately 3 hours.
- To ensure all exhibitor materials are removed from the exhibit hall by the Exhibitor Move-Out deadline (12pm Saturday) please have all carriers check-in by Saturday, August 20 at 10am or freight will be re-routed.
- Freight moved out of the facility after 4:30pm on Friday, August 19 and all day on Saturday, August 20 will be subject to overtime rates.
Labor Information
Union Labor may be required for your exhibit installation and dismantle. Please carefully read UNION RULES AND REGULATIONS in the information provided by Freeman to determine your needs. Exhibitors supervising Freeman labor will need to pick up and release their labor at the Labor Desk. Refer to the order form under Display Labor for Straight Time and Overtime hours.
